How much is rent at The Woods at Legacy?
Two-bedroom apartments start at $1,102 a month and three-bedroom apartments at $1,513. Prices change with availability, so the available homes page always has today’s rent.
What floor plans do you have?
Two-bedroom, two-bath homes of 900 sq. ft. and three-bedroom, two-bath homes of 1,091 sq. ft.
How do I apply?
Pick an open home on the available homes page and select Apply Now. The application is online. The application fee is $50 per applicant and there is a $100 administrative fee.
What deposit do I need?
The security deposit is $250 to $350, depending on your application.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, up to two pets per home: cats and small to medium dogs. There is a $350 one-time pet fee and $25 a month. Restricted breeds: American Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Rottweilers, Doberman Pinschers, Chows, any mix of these breeds, or any dog deemed aggressive. Assistance animals are not pets and are welcome under fair housing law.
Can I tour before I apply?
Yes. Request a tour with the day and time that suit you and the leasing team will confirm by phone or text. You can also call or text (615) 382-9755. The office is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Do the homes have washer and dryer connections?
Yes. Every home has washer and dryer connections, plus walk-in closets, a dishwasher and a private patio or balcony.
What amenities are there?
A swimming pool, fitness center, playground, gazebo, business center and a clubhouse with a large covered porch and a complimentary coffee bar.
How far is Nashville?
Downtown Nashville is about 23 miles south. Kroger is right around the corner on Memorial Boulevard, and downtown Springfield is about a mile and a half away.
How do current residents pay rent or request maintenance?
Through the online resident portal, where you can pay rent, set up autopay and submit maintenance requests.
